umbrla supply was founded at Indiana University as a class project by Adam Swartz.
initially, umbrla supply was born as Green Dream Clothing, and planted a tree for every article of clothing sold. After a life changing diagnosis, the company shifted gears when Adam underwent a craniotomy for multiple brain tumors.
the upside down umbrla icon represents our perspective on life. unlike a traditional umbrella that blocks out the elements, like wind, rain, or hail- our umbrla shifts this idea for our journey with life. placing an umbrella upside down allows for one to collect and embody the experiences, both good and bad, that help shape who you are, where you are headed, and who you will be.
umbrla supply has since elevated the quality and longevity of all products.
additionally, proceeds are now raised for brain tumor research.
